T-rex 450 Sport Build.

Align Trex 450 Sports just release a few month ago. Nice heli to have one. Here is the heli build by forum group in Malaysia.

What is Inside combo package?
Gyro ALIGN GP750.
Align DS420 Tail Servo.
Align DS410 x3 cyclic Servo.
Align 35A ESC and 3500KV motor.
Trex 450 Sport Belt Kit with blade

It look very attractive in packaging.
All respective area is segregate.
+Main Blade.
+Electrics Device.
+Main Rotor Head Set.
+Frame set.

Head set almost ready and assembled by factory. I would say 85% factory assembled.

Clearly can be seen after open plastic packaging.

 

Install metal flybar control arm as per below.

Install the linkage rod. Use macro mode for camera to get in details and try to show attractive picture. 

Another linkage. Rodless linkage to blade gips, they make it fix and non adjustable for this linkage.

Install flybar paddle, stock plastic Align paddle

They suggest to put flybar lump (picture below) @ flybar weight for more stable flight

Checking tail that is already assembled. Clearly see Blue Loctite around the screw head and ssume they have already threadlock it.

 

Tail blade grips is already modified by Align to what they called Chinese Weight Mod

 

Frame Set

 

Easy frame installing, frame also 60% assembled

Landing Skid installed. Purposely install the skid not straight so that next picture landing skid will clearly shown ALIGN printed to the skid.

Install canopy holder and below is the front view. 

Install belt, tail boom and tail set.

Tail set already assembled to tail boom.

Install Main Gear to lock the rotorhead

Now start to install Motor to the main frame.
in the package is Electronics set - Gyro, Servo rudder and servo cyclic and ESC.

3500KV motor with 14T pinion

Allowing enough gap to main gear.

Servo and Gyro to be install from package.
ALIGN GP750 Gyro with Align DS420 Servo.
Align DS 410 Servo for cyclic.

Gyro location and wiring still here and there..

Completing and Finish by Installing Canopy and Blade!.
